The
project Artifact represents the kind of loop-based techniques I use to create
perpetual motion or trance ambient environments... Caravan and Sonic Melisma
were generated using Cycling 74's program radiaL ... on Magma99, with Paul
Giacomantonio (trumpet), I used a couple of ZOOM Sample Traks and a Nord
Lead ... on Temple of Joy, Confidential, and Tremulus, with Mikail Graham
(guitar), I added the theremin and Antaresian vocals. The sessions with
Mikail were recorded live in Frankfurt in 2000, and are available on the
CD 'ISIS' |
